We require 2 business days to process all orders regardless of shipping preference. We will e-mail confirmation and a tracking number once your purchase has shipped. Shipping Method ( Please include if you would like the item gift wrapped ) Payment Method and Information (please include the 3 digit number located on the back of the card and for Amex the 4 digit number located on the front) Your Signiture After we receive your order we will e-mail you confirmation. If you haven't received confirmation within 2 days please e-mail customer service for status. . ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This acknowledges the order, but does not assign an actual order number, which is created when your order is actually downloaded into our system. But you can always inquire about your order by just giving us your name, address and zip code. You will get billed almost immediately after you place your orders. When it is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice that shows what you ordered, what, if anything is on backorder and what you have been billed. The invoice is your notification that your order is shipping. You may receive the invoice in the mail before the package is actually delivered. Your order number will be on the invoice in the top right-hand box marked "invoice number". Once you receive the invoice, you can refer to this number if you have any questions. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES All orders in the continental United States are shipped using various carriers to ensure we offer the best services and rates to our customers. The rates for international destinations will vary. Special shipping requests (next day, second day and 3 day select) must be made over the phone to ensure delivery. Shipping rates shown below are for the United States and its protectorates, APOs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES To place orders for delivery outside the U.S., please call 201-945-0042. Canadian shipments are by US Postal Service only. Overseas orders are shipped Air Parcel Post, and are charged actual postage. We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders. CUSTOMS CHARGES You may be required to pay a customs tax or duty on your order when it arrives. Since the amount you may have to pay varies according to specific custom regulations of each country, we have no way of determining this charge. If you have any questions regarding duty or custom charges, please contact your local customs official or post office. DELIVERY TIMES We normally ship orders within 48 hours. However, if an item is out of stock, delivery time will vary depending on the article. CANCELLATION & BACK ORDERED ITEMS You may cancel your order up until the item is shipped. Please e-mail Customer Service and we will let you know if your purchase has been cancelled. You will not incur any charges if you cancel your purchase before shipment. If an item is sold out we will notify you as soon as possible and we will not process your order. Some items may be able to be special ordered and would require additional processing time. We will also e-mail you when the item becomes available again. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Our first priority is with your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer you only the finest products available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either return or exchange the item by following the guidelines below. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 14 days with your receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: teeterandtotter@gmail.com. All Returned Items must be not be worn, washed, free of pet hair , cigarette smoke, stains and must have all tags attached and be in sellable condition. Your return must meet all of these qualifications or we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.No refunds are offered for custom items, unless there is a manufacturing error. * We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items.
